ANBI-TECH has operated in Olkusz since 2008. We manufacture parts from metals and plastics, cut gaskets and assemble subassemblies to customer documentation or from a sample.
Our CNC services include, among other processes, CNC turning and CNC milling. We also carry out aluminium milling, as well as machining stainless steel and engineering plastics.
CAD/CAM systems and our in-house measurement laboratory support production. We operate in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001:2024.
We produce prototypes, pilot batches and production runs. We can work with our own or customer-supplied material, while special processes are coordinated with our partners.
From documentation and programme preparation to measurement of the finished part.
We review the drawing or model, material, quantity, tolerances and required inspection scope. We then select the process and prepare a quotation.
We prepare the machining programme, select tools and check the machine operation before production begins.
We fit tooling and set tools and operating parameters to suit the material and part geometry.
After producing the first piece, we inspect the specified dimensions. The result provides the reference point for further production.
During production, we monitor the machining process and the dimensions agreed for the order.
We inspect finished parts in the measurement laboratory. On request, we prepare the agreed inspection report.
Our plant in Olkusz operates CNC lathes, milling centres, automatic lathes and cutting and milling plotters. We use them to machine metals and plastics, and to cut gaskets and shaped parts from sealing materials.
We select the machine according to geometry, material, tolerances and the number of pieces. We work with FANUC, SINUMERIK, HEIDENHAIN and HURCO MAX5 controls. A detailed list of machines and their working ranges is provided on the machine park page.
For each production job we select the machine suited to the part geometry, material, tolerances and quantity. Depending on the project, we combine turning, milling, drilling, cutting and conventional operations.
Program preparation, selection of the workholding and measurement of the first part precede the start of the series. During production we inspect the dimensions defined for the given order.

We carry out turning and milling to a tolerance of ±0.01 mm where required by the part documentation.
We produce prototypes, pilot batches and production runs of 100, 500 and 1000 parts.

Using a bottle sample and components from the old line, its engineer prepared the design and documentation for new change parts in SolidWorks. For a quotation, send a PDF or DXF drawing or a STEP model with dimensions. State the material, the number of pieces and the quality requirements. A photograph of the part alone, without dimensions, does not allow a reliable quotation to be prepared.
